This page explains how information submitted through the forms on techniclim.ca is handled.

Responding to your request

We collect your name, email address, and the contact and installation details you choose to provide. We use them to process your service or quote request and to contact you.

Storage and notification

Your request is stored in a private area on our hosting account. A notification is then sent to info@techniclim.ca. If the email cannot be sent, your request remains on file and delivery is retried. A reference is displayed once storage is confirmed.

Website operation

This site does not use advertising cookies or audience analytics tools. Our hosting provider may keep technical logs, including for security purposes. The form uses a hash of the IP address to limit abusive submissions.

Cookies

The site only uses cookies needed for it to work and stay secure. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for 12 months. If an analytics tool is added to the site, it will only be enabled with your consent.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page.
